1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Bluemind.cloud ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services

Bluemind provides digital design, branding, web development, and mobile app development services. The specific scope of work for any project will be outlined in a separate contract or proposal agreed upon by both parties.

3. Pricing and Payments

Pricing for our services is listed on our website or provided via a custom quote. Payments are generally structured as follows:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate any project.
  • Milestone-based payments as defined in the project contract.
  • Final payment is due upon delivery of the completed project.

4. 6-Month Technical Support

For Web Development projects, we provide six (6) months of free technical support starting from the launch date. This support covers:

  • Bug fixes and technical errors related to the original scope of work.
  • Minor technical adjustments.
  • CMS-related issues (WordPress, Framer, Shopify).

This support does NOT cover new features, structural design changes, or issues caused by third-party modifications.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment, the client owns the final deliverables for their project. However, Bluemind retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Revisions and Feedback

Most packages include up to five (5) rounds of revisions. Revisions must be requested within the timeframe specified in the project schedule. Any revisions beyond the included amount may be subject to additional fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bluemind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
